Inocrete Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes that it is our social responsibility as a company to properly protect information that can identify individuals (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") and will promote the following initiatives.

1. Basic policy regarding personal information protection

  1. We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003) and related laws and regulations, and will strive to protect personal information appropriately based on the spirit and intent of these laws.
     
  2. We will endeavor to protect personal information appropriately by establishing internal regulations regarding the management of personal information, thoroughly informing employees, and conducting educational and awareness-raising activities.
     

2. Policy regarding the acquisition and use of personal information

  1. We will acquire personal information by lawful and fair means.
     
  2. We will not use personal information beyond the purpose of use without the prior consent of the individual (except in cases where the consent of the individual is not required by law).
     
  3. We will not change the purpose of use of personal information without the individual's consent.
     
  4. We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except in cases where the information is used jointly among our group companies within the scope of the intended purpose (unless the consent of the individual is not required by law). In addition, if requested by the individual, we will take appropriate measures such as disclosing, correcting, or suspending the use of the personal information.
     

3. Purpose of Use

  1. The purposes of use of personal information acquired and held by our company will be as follows, except when specified, notified, or publicly announced to the individual individually. (However, this does not include cases where the purpose of use is deemed clear from the circumstances of acquisition, or where the purpose of use does not need to be clearly stated, notified, or publicly announced by other laws and regulations.)
    • (1) Personal information on customers and business partners
      • (i) Responding to inquiries regarding our construction contracts, etc.
      • (ii) Responding to transactions, etc.
    • (2) Personal information on job applicants and former employees
      • (i) Providing information and contacting job applicants and former employees
      • (ii) Managing recruitment activities

4. Governing Law

The interpretation and application of this "Personal Information Protection Policy" shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

5. Language

The Japanese version of this "Personal Information Protection Policy" shall be the official version, and in the event of any differences in content or interpretation between the Japanese version and versions created in other languages, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
