Message from the President

Thank you very much for your continued support.

Our company was established in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of NICHIAS Corporation, and in 2014 we took over the cold engineering business and marine business from Inoue Reinetsu Co., Ltd., and are steadily on the path to growth.

Nowadays, when the earth is said to be boiling, the Nichias Group uses its "Insulation and Protection" technology as a foundation to carry out heat insulation work and cooling equipment work for refrigerated and frozen warehouses, as well as heat insulation work and fireproofing work for ships to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. We are a company that can contribute to the SDGs.

Another strength is that we can handle everything from design to construction and maintenance in each project.

We look forward to your continued support.

Our Corporate Philosophy

Contributing to society through refrigeration and freezing engineering

At Inocrete’s CE Division, we primarily focus on business-to-business transactions related to constructing warehouses for refrigerated and frozen storage, as well as food processing plants.

So while we may not be widely known by the general public, and you might not be familiar with what we do, in fact our work significantly impacts your everyday life.

Refrigerated warehouses and cold storage facilities built by Inocrete are vital for the distribution the frozen foods that allow “stay-at-home consumption,” as well as fresh vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products.

Recently, we have also constructed and renovated pharmaceutical warehouses to meet needs for vaccine storage.

In our Marine Division, we specialize in insulation and wood liner installation works for tanks on LPG carriers, chemical tankers, and other vessels.

We also have experience in performing insulation construction for LNG carriers.

Insulation construction by our Marine Division supports the vessels that play a key role in Japan’s energy infrastructure.

Thus, Inocrete is a company that contributes to society through its refrigeration and freezing engineering business by helping to build the logistics and energy infrastructure our daily lives depend on.
